Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen mit der Unterkunft. Die Umgebung hat uns gefallen, weil es sehr ruhig war und die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett. Ein Parkplatz war auch direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden, was sehr gut war. Und der Garten war ein Traum!

A charming accommodation with very comfortable beds. Clean, nicely appointed house with a terrific shower. The gardens are beautiful and the location peaceful. A car was necessary I think, but the beach and restaurants were within walking distance. A lovely place to stay overall.

We were disappointed to find mice in the unit during our stay. After contacting the host to notify him, he came and placed live sticky traps in the unit (one in the kitchen cabinet and one in the bedroom) which caught two mice. We had to remove them from the unit and place them outside in the garden because they were making sad noises and we would not be able to sleep, which was stressful. After doing so, we saw a third one run across the kitchen (and we are fairly certain there were more). We do not feel like we received the adequate living space we expected (and paid for) since rodents make a place “not habitable” by air bnb definition. The whole experience unfortunately soured our vacation, and we hope no one else has to go through that. Parking in the basketball court is the easiest due to the road (there are large bumps). It is easier to type in “sea view villa” into your maps to locate the unit. The neighbor woman was lovely.

A nice calm place, in a small village. There is a sandy beach 15 mins drive and a then in 2 mins with car or (probably) 10 mins walking there is a "stone" beach with sunbeds and calm water. We wanted to be able to have calm surroundings so it was perfect for us (family with two small children). You have the "grandparents village house" experience which was great for us and quite interesting for the children. The kitchen was fully equipped, there are 3 air cons, good seating area and the best is the balcony and the garden. You can also make a barbecue outside. Although Corfu streets can be very narrow we could park 3 meters from the apartment (and the car is 5m long). Spiridon was very kind. If we had some requests he answered almost immediately. As we were staying for 14 days, we asked for a mid-term cleaning and it was quickly arranged on a very justified price. Conclusion - great stay, in calm area, beautiful view. You will need you own transportation (or use taxis) to get around.
