John’s place was in a good location for jumping off and doing the beach, the sponge docks, and wonderful art show in Craig Park. It is definitely cozy, but worked well for the two of us.

No shampoo or soap provided so be prepared to pack your own. Bare essentials throughout. Not a place you want to hang out in, more of a place you'll only want to be to sleep as it's quiet and bland.
