Our house is a unique space, its architecture design is conscious and sensitive to its environment, taking care of the entry of natural light into every corner. Due to its design, each corner tells a story and allows you to create intimate and creative moments without losing contact with the other corners of the house and with the other people who accompany you. On three levels you will find everything you need to rest, to create, to work, to do yoga, to cook, to relax, to read and more! During your stay, thanks to permanent security personnel, you will feel the tranquility and confidence to rest and the freedom to feel at home. On three levels you will find the social spaces (kitchen, dining room, living room, TV room and half bathroom) separated from the rest spaces (bedroom 1 and bedroom 2) and the space to work or study. In bedroom 1 you will rest in a king bed and in bedroom 2, you will rest in two bunk beds with auxiliary beds.

On our trip to Mexico City we spent three nights at Monica's place. We were very excited about it. It is very beautiful and stylish. The living room is very comfortable. It has huge windows and lots of natural light (The whole place is full of natural light). Excellent place to seat and read a nice book. Speaking of books, the house is full of them! It's got several bookcases full of books of all sorts of interesting topics. The TV room is great. It has thick curtains to block off the light. Just perfect to enjoy a movie. It's got a nice and big TV and lots of different entertainment options. The beds are super comfortable and cozy. The kids room is on the top floor and it's got it's own little play area where they can spend time on their own. The back patio has the longest swings I've ever seen... super fun! Monica is a great host. She always responded promptly to all of our questions. We would definitely consider Monica's place the next time we're in Mexico City.

Wow! What a beautifully designed place! Unique yet thoughtful. It’s the type of place that Airbnb should feature in their advertising - why choose Airbnb over a cookie-cutter hotel. Beyond that, Monica’s was an exceptional host. Proactively reached out to us to make sure we settled in and were comfortable. Further, I had some questions and I received responses within the hour. Great hospitality in a one-of-a- kind property!

This is a VERY, VERY special, memorable home. Every square inch is a delight for the senses. It is in a very secure location behind many levels of security. I really appreciate that we had the opportunity to stay here. The photos of this home that you see on AirBnB are just a small taste of what you will experience in this home. If you are a lover of design-this home is a do not miss "experience." The host was a delight to work with.

Located in one of the traditional neighborhoods near Coyoacán, our home offers quiet and safe neighborhood life and the possibility of arriving in 15 - 20 minutes walking to the beautiful and historic Center of Coyoacán where you can walk and visit its streets and colonial houses .
In the Center of Coyoacán you can visit several museums (Frida Kahlo Museum, the Casa de León Trotsky Museum, the National Museum of Popular Cultures, the National Watercolor Museum), visit the San Juan Bautista Parish, take a tour of its streets in the Coyoacán tourist tram, visit the Coyoacán Market and find a wide variety of restaurants to enjoy delicious and traditional tacos and churros.
