We very much appreciated how well the place was stocked with everyday items. Games, laundry detergent, spices, even some beer in the fridge! It very much felt like home and not the typical "staged" ARBNB home. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, and easy access to ski resorts. Only complaint is the ARBNB fee which is "overpriced". Kate was very good with timely communication and we would stay again! Highly recommend.

Kate’s place was fantastic! She was super helpful before our arrival, giving recommendations etc. (all of which is in the useful binder she provides). Thank you for the great stay. I have been to Frisco to ski several times but never have stay at the same place - now I will, assuming it’s available. Thanks Kate!

This location is perfect for Frisco or the Keystone/Breck/Copper mountains ski slopes. The condo felt perfect for my family of 6 and there was so much do to do nearby we never felt "snowed in" even though it snowed every day we were there. The condo is super close to the transit plaza to the local ski mountains if you want a bus to the mountains. If you're on foot for this condo is super close to the "city ski mountain transit, as well as three grocery stores, multiple fast food restaurants and several fast dining spots. You will feel like a local and wonder why you don't live here full time.

Everything was awesome! Kate is great with communication. Only critique is that the mattress in the master is quite caved in and a little uncomfortable to sleep in. Highly recommend!
