Our two bedroom ground floor apartment in this beautiful part of Calabria is our home from home. It is located within the small private complex of Amusa Mare on the Ionian Sea approximately 2km from Marina Di Caulonia and 4km from Roccella Jonica. Our apartment I1 is in a quiet area of the complex and has its own private garden with gazebo, bbq and outside shower area. Within the apartment there is a living area with sofa bed, dining table, kitchenette two bedrooms, bathroom and utility room Amusa Mare is a private complex located off the SS106 coastal road between the beach towns of Marina Di Caulonia (2km) and Roccella Jonica (4km). The nearest beach is approximately 200 metres from the apartment and can be accessed through the gated area at the rear of the complex.

L'appartamento di David, situato al piano terra è veramente notevole, dotato di ogni tipo di comfort e davvero molto pulito. È situato a due passi dal mare con parcheggio privato e un giardino splendido dove potersi rilassare. David è una persona premurosa e disponibile ad ogni richiesta dei propri ospiti, lo stesso vale per Peppe,colui che gestisce l'appartamento, persona gentilissima e cordiale. Grazie per aver contribuito a rendere le nostre vacanze estive fantastiche!
Super raccomandato! La casa di David è accogliente e pulita, con tutto quello che serve per una vacanza rilassante. Cucina attrezzatissima e spazio lavanderia, letti comodi, balcone e giardino, con barbecue e doccia esterna... tutto perfettamente funzionante. Il complesso residenziale è molto tranquillo e ben tenuto. La spiaggia libera è vicinissima, mentre per i lidi attrezzati e tutti i servizi c'è da fare un chilometro circa. I contatti con David e con il suo amico Beppe sono sempre facili e puntuali.

Amusa Mare is only a short walk to the beach and in close proximity to local towns along this beautiful stretch of the Ionian coastline. It is also very private with electronic entrance gates at the front and rear of the complex. The nearest airports to our apartment are located at Lamezia Terme which is approximately 105km and Crotone which is approximately 130km
We always recommend to our guests that you have car when staying at our apartment as it is the best way to explore this beautiful Ionian coastline with all the small beach towns along the way and also enjoy all the different restaurants and cafe' bars. If you do not have a car then the nearest train and bus station is 2km from the apartment in the town of Marina Di Caulonia.

My name is David Stevenson aged 60. Married to Fiona and have 3 children. I’m a Managing Director for an engineering machinery & tooling supply business based in Scotland. Our two bedroom ground floor apartment in the Amusa Mare complex near Marina Di Caulonia, Calabria is our family home in the sun. We fell in love with this beautiful part of Southern Italy and have had many memorable family holidays there over several years. Our plans are to spend more quality time at our apartment once our children get older but in the meantime we welcome you to our home.
