Vo was very responsive in communicating. I saw reviews that said the bed was uncomfortable for various people, and I requested a mattress topper at booking time which Vo agreed to. Unfortunately the mattress topper was not provided. Neither my daughter or I slept. The bed just kept hurting my whole body. I have been in Southeast Asia for three weeks and this was by far the worst bed. There needs to be a change. Today is the day after and I’m just too tired to enjoy my vacation from a sleepless night. There needs to be a change.

Great stay in Hanoi, perfect location and cool view over the street. Very clean with a nice shower and big size. Washer and dryer were a huge help. Would definitely stay again!

Vo’s apartment was really nice and was close to everything like restaurants, lake and all other attractions. It was very quiet in the night even though we were in the center hence managed to sleep really well. Bed was amazing compared to all other places we stayed in. They also arranged for cleaning during our stay. Host was very responsive and laundry in the building was a plus. Definitely recommended if you ever visit Hanoi and want to be in the center.

Incredible spot. Location is perfect, you are steps from the lake and everything else in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. We could have easily lived in this apartment — comfortable bed, kitchenette, full bathroom. The free laundry on the 2nd floor was a huge perk and added a lot of value for us. Would highly recommend!
