As a family we booked flat A & B. Both were perfect for our needs. Beds were very comfy. Wifi was very welcome as no phone signal (especially by our teenage son) Keith (the host) responded quickly to messages and the welcome pack was really appreciated after a 4 hr drive! The surrounding area was beautiful and the local people were really friendly. We had a truly wonderful stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

What a lovely house and village to stay in. Felt at home straight away. Perfect location for walking and exploring the local area. Great fish and chip shop, the lemon tree, in the next village 5 minutes away in kirkbymoorside. Would definitely return. Thank you for a great holiday.

Had a really lovely stay over Easter weekend. Flat is lovely- very cosy and homely. Clean and tidy. Beds very comfy. Well equipped. Bathroom big and perfect for families wanting to bath young children. Overall, the flat is very comfortable, welcoming and is in a great position for access to the Moors in the beautiful village of Hutton le Hole. Keith was friendly and very accommodating. We would have no hesitation in stopping again. Thank you.

The Green is situated in a beautiful location in the village. We stayed a few days and used it as the centre to explore different Yorkshire villages. Keith is very responsive and helpfu,l giving us lots of recommendations. We are definitely going to be staying here again.

Loved the flat and the location was perfect. It was lovely looking out on the green and the river and being able to walk to the shops and bakery. Keith was really responsive with excellent instructions and information. Would stay there again
