Dan's basement is lit as seen in the photos, the subway is a 7 minute walk away so the location is perfect for those who need to commute every day. The bathroom and kitchen floor are heated for those cold days. The fridge is spacious and the induction stove is perfect for those who like to cook. I 100% recommend Dan's basement, he is a great host.
