5 bedroom (All en suite) villa situated on the golf course with panoramic sea views. The entertainer's dream with an expansive deck including a rim-flow swimming pool. All the essentials are included such as a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air-conditioning and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a long day on the beach! Privacy and serenity are hallmarks of the villa which is situated next to a protected, indigenous forest. Particularly suited for golf tours because the villa has 8 single beds and is a chip and a put (walking distance) from the clubhouse. A mashee-course is also available in the estate to be played at anytime free of charge.

My golf buddies and I stay at Matthew's place in San Lameer every year when we go on golf tour. It is the perfect place for us, with 5 bedrooms, a great entertainment area and convenient location. I think it would also be the perfect place for a large family to spend a vacation at San Lameer. I highly recommend it

A great place to stay - the house is very well looked after and there is so much to do within the estate that you can. The house is big, has great views and is very private considering it’s within an estate. We had a lovely time.

This place is not only beautiful and peaceful but it’s extremely private. Goodness is incredible and made us feel right at home. I loved hearing all the noises at night and keeping all the windows and doors open all night without worrying about safety. Perfect for chilling with lots to do in the estate.

San Lameer Estate is protected and so safety and security is not a concern. The Estate boasts a 18 hole championship golf course as well as a complimentary 9 hole mashie course. The Marina blue flag beach is directly accessible from the Estate. The Estate is home to many species of antelope, eagles and vervet monkeys.
