I was very satisfied with my stay at Bill's place. Since I ate most of my meals there, I found his kitchen well-equipped for cooking, eating, and storage of my food in the refrigerator/freezer. He respected my privacy. The bathroom was clean, having a shower/tub. The bed was on the soft side but fine for sleeping. The temperature was good and conducive to comfortable living, along with a TV which had many choices for entertainment. Living was in the upstairs of a walkout, with entry through the door at deck-level. Parking was a tight squeeze under the deck, but this provided some shelter from the weather. Navigating up and down a somewhat steep but short hill to the parking area under the deck could be a challenge; a backup vehicle camera helps in backing down the hill. Since Bill's home butts up against one of the many unoccupied hills in the city, somewhat "tame" but not threatening deer as singles or in small groups were sighted near his place on a number of occasions.

Bill is the most responsive and timely host. His willingness to accommodate is top-tier. The space is as pictured and clutter-free. I’m grateful the price was just right for a last-minute trip. Thank you, Bill!

Bill’s place was great. He was helpful in suggesting things to do in the area. My was stay was perfect, I couldn’t have asked for a better host or place to stay. If I’m ever in the area I will book his place again! Thank you!
