Great stay! John is very friendly and welcoming. He is also very accommodating. We asked if a late check in would be ok and he went as far as blocking out the next night so we could stay as long as we needed. One of the nicest hosts we have encountered on Airbnb. The place is very different from most basic stays. He has really brought in the vintage style that goes along with the house’s era. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was perfect with Paris Mountain Park about a mile away and short commute to downtown Greenville. My son and I wanted to do some hiking and see the city. Host was right next door and accommodating, available to answer questions or address any issues (there weren’t any). Home is a comfortable, cozy cottage with furnishings, art and decor from 1930s/40s, more room than we needed. Would highly recommend and planning on repeat stay if son does in fact relocate to Greenville.

Another great stay at John and Mary-Beth's place. This is our second long term stay with them. The hosts are super responsive and always checking in to make sure that everything is perfect. They are very personable, helpful and kind. Our little son, Gus simply adores "Uncle" John. The house is close to downtown Greenville which always has fun and interactive events going on. This year we discovered more than just downtown, the area has a lot to offer. We look forward to another great long term stay next year. (If we are lucky enough) We highly recommend. 5 Star.
