Wonderful experience all around. The location was perfect for our family- private but just a minute walk to the beach. House is exactly as pictured, well maintained, and clean. Julio made our stay even more amazing. He greeted us upon arrival and was always available just a phone call away. We hope to return soon.

Our time in Cabarete was amazing. Matt's place was in the hub of all the action making walking to different restaurants so easy. The house was just as pictured and clean. Julio was phenomenal! He truly made our stay so comfortable. He was helpful and so fun to visit with. We will book again when we return to Cabarete!

We stayed in this villa for a week as a family of 4 adults. It was in a great location with easy access to the beach via the neighbouring resort property. The place was just as advertised with a beautiful backyard and everything that we needed for our stay. It was in a community that was close to a grocery store, coffee shops, gyms, and some restaurants down the beach that were all a nice walk away. Matt was always quick to answer our questions and Julio showed up every day to clean the pool and was always there to let us know he could be reached if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other families. It could accommodate 6 people very comfortably, each bedroom with its own bathroom was a really nice treat.

The home is spotless, beautiful (pictures are accurate), private, safe (gated home inside a gated community), very close to the beach (in a spot ideal for kiteboarding) and near many wonderful restaurants. Matt is extremely responsive and helpful. Our group was very active (kiting, surfing, hiking, snorkeling). Julio, the nicest person you’ll ever meet, is the caretaker and provided transportation and local guidance to us during our entire visit. It was amazing as he can speak fluent English, knows all the locals and great places. Surf at Encuentro (10 mins away) is impressive with overhead waves all week and easy board rentals. Snorkeling as Sosúa on a no wind day had visibility of more than 50ft. Kiting at Cabarete was spectacular. Everyone on our trip (mix of ages) said it was the best of their lives. So glad we didn’t do an all-inclusive as there is an amazing variety of excellent and REALLY inexpensive food and drink within a short walk. We’ve already rebooked!

We had an amazing time in Cabarete. This home was absolutely perfect. We were so close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Julio, the caretaker, was so helpful and the cleaner even came during our stay. The private pool was the perfect way to start and end every day. We will absolutely be back!
