2 fantastic Villas with 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms located in Puerto Aventuras on the golf course. 8-10 minutes walk from the beach. 5 minutes walk from world class marina and 20-25 restaurants, café's and shops. 2 villas, one has 6 bedrooms the other has 5 bedrooms. Both villas has a full kitchen with all you need. Both villas has their own private, heated pool, with 2 levels to make it kids friendly. Both pools are temperatur controlled, so they can be heated at winter, and cooled at summer. Welcome to Villa Maravilla and Casa Orquidea. You will get 2 luxury villas with 5 and 6 bedrooms. Each villa has 4 bedrooms in the main villa, all with a balcony. Casa Orquidea has 2 bedrooms in the guesthouse in the courtyard and Villa Maravilla has 1bedrooms in the guesthouse in the courtyard. The 2 villas are very close to each other with only 1 villa between them. The backyards are very private with its own 2 level pool, large covered dining and sitting area, wet bar, charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower. The beautiful backyard faces the Puerto Aventuras Golf Course. The high ceilings, the beautiful woodwork throughout the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, the iron rod rails and the lovely marble and granite throughout these Villas makes this a dream to vacation in. The Villas are beautifully decorated. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and lovely beddings and linens.

The villas are amazing! Better than the pictures. Lorraine and Carlos were very responsive to any questions we had before and during the stay. Great place for large groups! It's also really nice to have the cleaners come in every day.
Amazing house and surroundings. Would recommend anytime! Host was very helpful and responsive. PS: the 2 houses are separate house.
We had such a great stay at Lorraine’s place! We traveled with a group of 10 guys celebrating a friend getting married & Lorraine’s place offered us perfect accomodations. It is extremely spacious, all of us had our own rooms and bathrooms. We felt extremely safe, as the property was in a gated community with security. Everyday there was a cleaning service that came by which was extremely helpful. The private chef service recommended to us by Lorraine was amazing and very reasonably priced. Overall I’d give our stay a 10/10 and I would definitely stay again if I was traveling with a large group again.

Puerto Aventuras is a 24 hour safe, gated community. Puerto's central location on the Riviera Maya is perfect for excursions to the area’s best sights and activities along the Caribbean coastline, including cenotes for swimming and snorkeling and the Tulum ruins. It is very close to the popular eco-adventure parks of X'caret, Xplor and Xel-Ha for all day entertainment, water sports and fun. Puerto Aventuras is a marine community that caters to the international and national boats coming into its port. The marina is only a 6 minute walk from the Villa and at the marina you can arrange to go on snorkeling, diving, deep-sea fishing and party boats. There are also several catamaran boats to choice from. There is a Dolphin Discovery Center right at the marina so you can arrange to swim and/or interact with the Dolphins and manatees. Puerto Aventuras has a 9 hole golf course, tennis and racquetball courts, skate board park, scuba diving, shopping, bars, fine restaurants and ice cream parlors. The swimming beaches are only an 8 minute walk from the Villa and the beautiful white sandy beaches are excellent for all ages.
In Puerto Aventuras, all the amenities are within walking distance to the Villa. You can hire a taxi to take you to the grocery store. Renting a vehicle or hiring a taxi is recommended if you wish to travel around in the Riviera Maya. You can, however, use the local shuttle buses (collectivos) that run up and down the coastal highway to get you to Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Tulum and some of the cenotes but if you are a large group traveling it is not easy to take the shuttle bus. Parking in Puerto Aventuras is free. Many people rent bikes or golf carts to get around Puerto.

After coming to the Riviera Maya and Cancun for more than 15 years, we are now spending half of the year here in Puerto Aventuras. We rent out Villas in the area. I totally enjoy my new job as a manager of holiday Villas. I enjoy every aspect of it. Receiving enquiries, answering questions about our Villas, the area and getting people acquainted with the beautiful Riviera Maya. I enjoy the contact I have with my clients/guests, getting them well prepared for their trip and getting every detail in order for them. I work with a very capable and friendly staff at our Villas. They also have one common main goal and that is to make sure our guests have the best holiday ever at the Villas. Each travelling group has its own wants and needs, and I enjoy the diversity with the guests and do my best to make sure each individual group has just what they are looking for. Since the Villas I am managing and booking are located on or close to the most fabulous white powdered beaches of the Riveria Maya and the weather is beautiful here all year round, I am definately enjoying my life and job here.
