The house was great & great location, we all loved being close to the beach and we were able to have bon fires each night, but the inside & outside of the house had cobwebs everywhere, the house was clean except fort that, one of my friends, cleaned the windows all around the outside of the house from all the cobwebs, and we were all sneezing 🤧 the whole time we were there, and we had to go to the closest Walmart 19 miles away to buy allergy pills & what not! Other than that we had a fantastic time!
Ted's place was amazing! My family had the best time and all the kids cried when we had to leave! Location is perfect, parking is easy, it only takes a few steps and you are at the beach. I highly recommend!!!!
Ted always got back to me quickly with any questions I had. The house was practically on the sand beach. Many beds/rooms. Great golf course within 5 mins from the house. Great vacation spot, definitely recommended!
The house was perfect we were able to fit our whole family in there. We held a family barbecue for Mother’s Day after the graduation it was perfect
Super location, access to marinas, lake itself and walkable to downtown food -- communication rapid & check-in easy, ideal for individual to small group to take in peaceful, natural beauty and 'recalibrate'.

自我介绍
Hello, we are Ted & Jackie Welter, and we fell in love with the walkable quaint Village of Sodus Point several years ago. We bought our first cottage immediately after spending our first long weekend here. Be careful. . . you may get hooked too and need to buy your own cottage soon after spending some time at the Point. Our family has outgrown that first cottage so we sold it and replaced it with our Bay View at the Point which came with the adjacent Bayside Getaway. Later, we got the chance to buy the Beach House and jumped on it as our family continues to grow. So we now have a 2, 4 and 6 bedroom vacation home all of which are available for rent. Personal care and attention have been put into the renovations, designs, furnishings and ongoing management. The homes are not "your grandmother's cottage" with old hand-me-down furnishings, etc. We have attempted to use all our years' experience renting homes along the east coast for our own vacations, to set them up to be renter-friendly, clean, and filled with amenities and conveniences.
