Clean and quiet place, very well located near a metro station from where Athens city centre is very easily accessible in less than 20 min. The host is very friendly and responsive and the place has all necessary amenities. The only issue was the inside temperature: the house is rather old with no good isolation (old windows, old garden door) and the only way to heat it up are the two A/C provided, which are not performing well at all (they are either old or not well maintained). Apart from that, the place is ideal for a stay in Athens, situated in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to the lively streets of Peristeri.

Great location near restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets, 5 minute walk to the metro. House was super clean and was very cozy. Can be noisy from the street but at night it was somewhat quiet. Overall very satefied!

This was a lovely place to stay to celebrate new year with our family who live close by. A very well equipped house, very clean and with the added bonus of a lovely terrace where we managed to sit outside in the 20 degree heat in December! The house is very close to the metro for trips into the centre and has lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby too. I would highly recommend!
