L'appartamento di Chiara a Quercianella offre una posizione comoda e una vista piacevole sul mare. Gli spazi interni sono funzionali e l'arredo è curato, ma abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi di pulizia e di odore di chiuso a causa di una probabile scarsa aerazione. Inoltre, abbiamo notato perdite d'acqua dal bidet e necessità di manutenzione per alcune porte e finestre che non chiudono bene, oltre ad alcuni scuroni che lasciano passare troppa luce a partire dal mattino presto. Questi aspetti richiedono interventi per garantire una migliore esperienza agli ospiti.

A characterful small property away from the tourist trail which was perfect for a short 3 night visit with supermarket, cafe , restaurants and bars within close walking distance. Chiara was very quick in replying to various questions that we had just after check in. A good variety of seating areas around the property , so always somewhere to sit in the shade. Yes, the rail line is directly at the bottom of the garden, but we didn't find this too intrusive noise wise. On the downside, the wifi connection was temperamental so it would have been frustrating if we were relying on it. Plus there was a nly small sofa that was okay for 2 out of the 4 of us with no other comfortable inside seating in the lounge/dining area, therefore, would only recommend for a short, (but very pleasant), stay

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Chiara's super schönem Haus. Sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles

Chiaras Haus ist wirklich sehr schön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist toll gelegen: wir sind jeden Tag zum Meer gelaufen (Empfehlung: Baia del Riogolo), in der Nähe gibt es einen Trinkbrunnen, es gibt tolle Restaurants (Lentisco, Puccini Bar 19) und man konnte zwischendurch immer wieder schnell ins Haus und danach wieder zum Meer - sehr geschickt! Wir saßen viel auf der Terrasse und haben die Sonne genossen. Das Haus an sich ist groß und bietet alles, was man braucht. Züge fahren hinterm Haus, ja, ABER: 1. steht das in der Beschreibung, 2.ist das natürlich etwas ungewohnt zu Beginn (uns hat es nicht gestört!), aber 3. hat es auch einen Vorteil: die Station ist fußläufig in 5Minuten erreichbar - man ist schnell in Pisa, Lucca oder Florenz. Chiara ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die immer sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet hat und bei Problemen sehr offen war. DANKE!
