the home is really beautiful and well appointed. the surroundings are beautiful and serene. dolphins pass by daily. the host is responsive and helpful. my family will have fond memories of this trip forever

We had a 3 night stay. Glorious location. I feel the property is looking very tired, and needs a huge clean down and refresh. Lights switches and walls have marks/ stains. Lamps are loose, window tracks filthy. Oven and BBq were beyond disgusting. All cooking pans unusable we had to buy a pan to cook from supermarket. Considering the price point I would have expected a much neater property. Back bedroom with king bed EXTREMELY hot, as well as downstairs bedrooms. Beds and lounges were comfy. Great dining spaces. Amazing location and space for extended family trip. Good spots to chill. Very cool library and games collection. Very quiet location. Beach so close. Road can be surprisingly busy.

We had a great stay and the location was amazing. Being able to walk to the beach is 10/10. Unfortunately it was quiet dirty, with a noticeable smell.

We had a wonderful few days in Hawks Nest - great house, lots of space and break-out areas for the kids too. We absolutely loved being across the road from the beach it was amazing and we saw dolphins everytime we went down there - so nice to just walk there without loading into the car! lovely walks and handy shops locally with larger supermarket in Tea Gardens. was way too short a stay though - we would have loved to stay longer and will be back!

Beautiful location, directly across from the beach. Great spot for a family or couples to have a summer holiday.
