Magical is one of many words that can be used to describe this gorgeous place. The photos do not do it justice, we spent every day drinking in the dreamy view. Everything was perfect, so clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, fantastic showers ( including the outside shower), so many details that were thought of and supplied. The location was perfect for us as it was peaceful yet a short drive to Kardamyli where there were fabulous tavernas, shops and beaches with crystal clear waters. Beautiful is the word that best describes our hosts, from the warm smiles and welcome that greeted us. Nothing was too much trouble - and the food!!!! We felt so spoilt with generous amounts of beautifully presented fruit, sublime Greek dishes that in our wildest dreams we never thought to taste. Their generosity was stratospheric and we really felt part of the family. All their recommendations were faultless and absolutely spot on. We were very sad to leave, I have to confess a few tears on my part. Our week was way too short and we will be back as soon as we can.

This is simply a beautiful, brilliant and gorgeous villa. And our hosts Aleka and Athina were equally wonderful - warm, welcoming, kind and sincere. They did so much to accommodate us and ensure we were happy, it is hard to describe just how generous and lovely they are. And the apartment is modern, spotless and comfortable. The views and peace are also wonderful.

This house deserves 10 stars. Very comfortable, clean, well designed, cleverly laid out, beautifully located, carefully curated, outstandingly looked after. And the hosts are adorable - special, really. But you are left very private and wouldn't know there were neighbours. You are tucked away, doors and windows can just be left open and I didn't even bother locking the car. An outdoor shower (2 more indoors) faces the gulf of Messini with no curtain - showering in full sunshine is a delight. You walk down the drive, 10mins to the right takes you to shops, restaurants, bakery, bike hire, swimming spots, taverna, etc. Turn Left up ancient stone paths into the hills along marked footpaths which go all the way to huge gorges and mountains. The view at sunset just offthescale breathtaking. The garden full of fruit trees, flowers, herbs, olive trees. The hammock, the shaded areas to eat out of the sun (or rain!), the table under the tree, the indoor benches to read on. Just heaven. We were there 3rd week October and sea warm, sun blazing, swam most days, fruit ripening, cyclamens and crocus flowering. I'd come here any month as it's such a place to chill and unwind. Great base to explore the peninsula, and southern Peloponnese, and Kardamyli is excellently sheltered from North and East winds. And if you need to do some work, WiFi and 4G flawless. Lots of attention to detail like good doors, windows, mesh screens, lights, sockets, seating, cupboards. Comfortable beds and simple plain walls, no unnecessary decor, clean lines, trad yet modern. Excellent place, very calm and relaxing. Alexandra and Athina were great hosts and super friendly. We plan to return!
