Wohnung war super. Alles wie beschrieben. Lage war sehr gut. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zur Ankunft eine Flasche Wein und Obstkorb. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Enrique war sehr freundlich und hat auf Anfragen direkt reagiert. Alles in Allem 5 Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Lovely apartment in a good location BUT extensive building works were being carried out in the apartment adjacent to ours. We should have been warned before arrival. On arrival (a Saturday) Enrique informed us that we should expect building noise on the following Monday and Tuesday. This building works involved the use of kango hammers throughout our total stay. Most of this chasing out work was on the party wall between the two apartments. The working week of Monday to Friday from 0830 to 1830 and sometimes even later. We could not enjoy the use of the sun terrace, due to the noise, dust and being in full view of the workers. To be fair after several messages to Enrique, he did find us an alternative apartment in the same building, but that would have only been for the last 5 days of our 14 day stay. It didn’t seem worth packing up and moving for such a short time. Also as the apartment was in the same block but on a lower level, we would have still heard the noise.

El apartamento nos ha gustado mucho. Está muy cerca de la playa, tiendas y restaurantes y muy bien equipado. La terraza es maravillosa!

Great location - easy walk to supermarket, town and beach in a few mins. Free parking outside and everywhere. Enrique was very friendly and quick to respond. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and has lots of natural light. Shower is fab. Fairly quiet apart from other neighbours in the building. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
