We were told that check in time will be at 1pm for the room that we booked since previous guests haven't checked out.We arrived around 11:30 am and we were told to come back by 1pm. After past 1pm, we were informed that the guests occupying the room that we booked haven't come back yet from Laoag and we were transferred to another room. And they were still preparing another room for us and had to wait outside. All of us wanted to relax since after travelling for 6 hrs. The bathroom in the room has no heater,no sink to toothbrush or wash hands or face, no bidet,no toilet seat cover, and no flusher. Very disappointed and bad experience.. This is the first time I booked with air bnb. Definitely, I wouldn't book this place again even though its near places to see because of its amenities. I hope the management will get to read this review and do corrective actions as soon as possible.

The room is clean and neat. Although, this is not advisable for family. We had a miscommunication issue with the host and the person who is in-charge of the place. The transient map direction here is not accurate to the place, the host is hard to reach out. We chose to find the transient name in map app instead but, still had issue since the transient name changed just because of their "personal dispute". We booked the place because we thought we have our own kitchen with utensils. However after we arrived, they gave us only a room. So, I asked if I could use their kitchen for me to clean the bottles of my babies so they allowed us plus the TV is not working but they have good internet connection. Also, please note that the place have pets so if you have allergy on fur, this is not advisable. In addition, they only have one parking slot compare to the rooms that they are offering.

Ate Imee and his husband were very accommodating. The room is sulit for its price because we were offered a bigger room and 3 beds even if we’re only two. The location is accessible.

The location is near Calle Crisologo. The place is generally okay for a short stay. Appliances are working. The toilet bowl was just a problem since it was not flushing properly.
