We spent 1 week here as it was near my clinic, i was extremely pleased and satisfied during my stay. The location was spot on, it was a walking distance to my clinic and near the shopping centres. As for the room, it’s only ideal for up to three people, it has a very comfortable living area, a study table, spacious dining table and kitchen (although cooking was not enjoyable as majority of the kitchenware like pans are old). the bedroom was spacious too and includes closet and toilet/bathroom and other amenities. I would definitely recommend the walnut crib to anyone, the host were very responsive and accommodating, i look forward in staying again when i come back to Manila.

Great location across the street from Shangri-La Plaza & Megamall. So many things to do near by. The space was cozy, comfortable to work from, and quiet. It was exactly everything they advertised it would be. The host were super responsive before, during, and even after our stay. This is my new go to Air BnB for leisure and business trips to Manila.
Great location, very brief walk to Megamall that has everything we needed from breakfast, lunch, dinner, haircuts, shopping, etc. Equally short walk to Shang Plaza and the MRT that we used to take to Makati area often. Hosts were very quick to respond to any and all issues.
We stayed at Demo & Martin’s Airbnb for 12 days and had a really comfortable stay. It was important for us to have a proper one-bedroom as we have a baby. The apartment has ample space, and a well-sized kitchen. The washer/dryer was extremely useful for us, as we had a longer stay and could do our washing at our own time. The hosts were so accommodating and considerate. They went out of their way to get us a high chair for our baby. Other parents will understand how convenient/useful it is to have a high chair, it truly made our lives easier! The location is also really good! We walked to SM Megamall almost everyday for our shopping, food and groceries. Shangri La plaza is also just around the corner. We would recommend anyone to stay here, you won’t regret it.
