Endroit paisible au croisement de deux ruisseaux, à l'orée d'un hameau qui accueille cependant une restaurant très apprécié, le tout à 6 minutes de voiture du village. Grand espace vert qui permet de passer ses journée dehors, sous les rameaux de noisetier, chaises longues confortables, accès au ruisseau pour se rafraîchir. Attention, il n'ya pas de wifi performant ni de réseau : cela aurait pu être un souci car l'annonce de mentionnait pas ces difficultés. J'ai remis à plus tard le travail à l'ordi que je pensais faire. Sinon tout est tip top et correspond à l'annonce, merci à Michele et Cinzia !

Together with my two children I had the opportunity to spend a wonderful vacation at this beautiful location. The house was great. It is located in the middle of nature, and of course that is what we came for. The observations we have made are never to be forgotten. So we saw a badger, deer and foxes. but also the small fauna was extraordinary. The butterflies, dragonflies, beetles and lizards that crawled on and around the walls of the cottage were beautiful. At night you could even see fireflies in the garden and most importantly we saw a nightjar up to three times. We were kindly welcomed by Cinzia, an incredibly sweet lady, we could go to her with all our questions. We could refresh ourselves in the lovely little river next to the garden, in the swimming pool of the neighboring golf club (with its incredibly friendly staff and good food) and, after a slightly longer drive, even in the sea. It was a vacation never to forget. The house is just fantastic!

La casa di Cinzia e Michele è immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, arredata con gusto, attrezzata per ogni esigenza. Cinzia ci ha accolto fornendoci ogni informazione relativa alla casa e ci ha risposto immediatamente quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di chiarimenti, segnalandoci luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. In casa ci sono romanzi, libri d'arte e di fotografia in consultazione. Per la nostra famiglia è stato un buon punto di partenza per molte gite nel nord delle splendide Marche, ma anche per l' Umbria e per la zona di Arezzo. La tranquillità della frazione Parchiule, dove si trova la casa, permette un completo relax e, raggiungibile a piedi, c'è anche un'ottima osteria.
