This property is nestled in the french countryside easy access to the Loire Valley. The property comprises of a self-catering barn sleeping up to 12 using a Kingsize airbed There is an additional smaller barn on site that sleeps up to 6, the two properties can be rented together. Fully equipped kitchens, includes washer, dryer, microwave oven, TV and free wifi. Close to Center Parcs so a makes great base 2021 will see a newly renovated pool A comfortable and well-equipped house with everything you need for your stay. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. All towels are provided. Transport to local restaurants is available. Breakfast can be prepared on request. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October. Two Raclettes for 8 people An electric point is located in the car park, there is an extra charge for using this. Extra guests can use for a camper van we charge 25 euros per night this includes use of the facilities and pool. Car charging is 10 euros per night.

Logement très beau. L'hôte très agréable et nous a très bien accueilli. Super séjour.
Très jolie décoration , confort total pour plusieurs personnes. Beaucoup de matériel de cuisine, des canapés très confortables pour l’apéritif, spacieux. Aménagement des chambres très soigné. Accueil très agréable
Un séjour parfait. La maison offre une propreté et une fonctionnalité parfaite. Les hôtes sont très agréable. Je conseille fortement.

Super échange avec l'hôte. Réactif et précis. Le logement est très bien équipé et spacieux. Nous étions 6 adultes, 4 enfants et 1 bébé et nous étions à l'aise. Chacun d'entre nous avait un lit douillé avec des draps propres. Serviettes pour chacun de nous. Les hôtes habitent juste en face du logement, dans la même cours mais restent très discrets. On regrettera juste que la maison était un peu fraîche (et non aérée) en arrivant ; le chauffage n'avait pas été allumé et le menage laissait à désirer dans les parties communes . De plus chaque heure de dépassement est fracturée 10€ par heure.

The property is on the edge of the Loire Valley, Saumur is the closest larger town 30km away. There are many vineyards close by for wine tasting, there are number of chateaux close by, excellent for cycling and walking.
The nearest beach is a 2 hour drive.
There are plenty of local attractions.
Center Parcs is 8km from this property, great to visit.
The best way to access the area is by car, locally you can use bikes.
From the UK the best route is Portsmouth to Caen, it is a 3 hour drive mostly motorways or 4 hours if you take the more scenic route.

I worked in customer service all my life, in commercial operations then higher education, I now run Loire Escapes holiday Gites with my partner Andy. I love rock and go to gigs whenever I can. I am creative love to paint and draw and generally be creative. I love to travel. We want our guests to feel relaxed and have a stress free stay, we are on hand to help but also respect our guests privacy.
