The apartment was great, something really special! We arrived very late at night, everything around was already closed. The host was very nice, providing us with bread, delicious cheese and very good wine. We strongly recommend the beautiful apartment, cosy place with good vibe! Nice surroundings, plenty of bicycle routs around the lakes, an old castle was nearby. We love the spot!

Un lieu tout à fait unique et original, surtout de l'extérieur. Le site est en effet charmant, et c'est très agréable de prendre un verre à l'extérieur de l'appartement, avec vue sur le lac au pied de la tour. Il y a aussi des ballades sympas à faire du côté de Chimay. Merci à Hugues pour son accueil.

Séjour unique dans un endroit magique. On a adoré, et on recommande à tous. Les hôtes sont charmants, le lieu est enchanteur et la région magnifique et chargée d'histoire. A refaire absolument.

The place is quite special. You don't get to stay in a medieval gate house often. It is equipped very well and is comfortable. The host is helpful and responds quickly.

Hugues and Gaëtanne are very kind hosts, that have done a remarkable job renovating this magnificent building, so now everyone can enjoy it. The picture/information accurately reflect reality. The apartment is well equipped, balancing well modern amenities with the charm of the old architecture. Location is excellent, looking directly at the lake and in a very quite environment. We would totally recommend a visit to the Chatelet in Brabençon to enjoy this lovely place!
