I cannot say enough wonderful things about my unforgettable stay at the Villa! I immediately felt at home and RELAXED. The kitchen is a dream, and you feel inspired to make all of your favorite dishes. I wandered through the house and admired all of the views of the surrounding gardens. The upstairs porch was my absolute favorite spot. I was able to sit and enjoy a glass of local Chardonnay and get lost in the pine tops and the views of Cayuga Lake. The fireflies were a magical treat! I had a wonderful night's sleep and wanted to lounge in bed all day! So crazy comfortable and cozy. Jim and Sara communicated everything clearly and quickly and were extremely helpful - Thank you Jim and Sara! Can't wait to come back!

Thank you for an amazing stay! Jim was a fantastic host- booking was simple and he answered the numerous questions that arose as we planned our visit. I received all the welcome information in a timely manner & they had even set out seating on the front porch for a dinner we were hosting. The house is very elegant and has a warm and welcoming feel. The kitchen has all new appliances which we made full use of in cooking our various meals. It also had lots of utensils, plates and everything we needed. The bedrooms are also lovely and well appointed, spacious and varied. Everything is modern and clearly built for a homeowner not a renter. We loved our stay! Thank you Jim!

Jim and Sara's property was the perfect country escape from the city! Although we were a large party, this classy and stylish property felt so spacious and comfortable inside and out. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen where the impeccably restored details of this old farmhouse effortlessly met the modern accents, housewares and appliances that made cooking and socializing so much fun! The private bedrooms are also the perfect combo of farmhouse charm and modern beds and linens for comfortable nights with AC or open windows (which we preferred) so we could wake to the sounds of nature on the quiet property. We enjoyed spending long hours on the large, 2nd floor balcony and its incredible view of Cayuga lake while the kids enjoyed romping around the beautifully landscaped grounds so much that they forgot about their ipads for hours on end. Conveniently located to the best local attractions including wineries and parks made the day trips tons of fun!
