We loved staying with Melissa and Keith again! The location is great - right on our favorite bike bath, a short walk to the beach and downtown Clermont where there are several restaurants we enjoyed and a couple brew pubs. There always seems to be something interesting going on! We particularly enjoyed having the kitchen which makes the space into a cute, efficiency apartment. We have already booked our stay for next year! Highly recommend.

Great place for a long term stay. Cant beat the location. Facilities for a long term stay are great.

If you come across this listing book it immediately! Melissa and Keith were so welcoming and the place was so clean and had every amenity you could ask for. The unit was very private with its own entrance and parking. It is directly across the street from the lake and the views and sunsets were just gorgeous! There are walking and bike trails around the lake. Melissa and Keith responded immediately if we had any questions. They made great restaurant suggestions. I was always happy to see their adorable dog Beau walking outside. We had a wonderful stay here and this is the first place I will check for availability when I go back to Clermont to visit family.

This is the fist time we use AirBnb. At first we weren't sure this was the best option for staying in Florida, but now we are very happy we found this place. Melissa is a great host, always helpfull and kind. Also Clermont is a quiet and nice town, with beautiful sunsets by the lake. Groceries and all you need is near by.
