Double room in my house on the Kings Barton Estate in Winchester. Bedroom has double bed and wardrobe. Guests have sole use of bathroom. Downstairs there is the Kitchen with dining table, sofa and smart TV, shared with me. South facing garden with space to relax 15-20 minutes walk to railway station. 5 minutes drive from A34, 10 minutes from M3. 20-30 minutes walk from start of South Downs Way
