Amazing sunrise and sunset on the water every day. This tidal river is a short walk to the Northumberland Strait. Warmest water north of the Carolinas! Included: Wifi. Smart TV. BBQ. Linens. Baseboard heat and fans in every bedroom, bikes of various sizes! A second cottage is on the same property. Book both for your family reunion or special event. Sunday - Sunday rentals in July/August, weekly rate, not per night. Ask for a quote. Pet friendly for an additional fee. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, games, books and DVDs for quality family time. There is a large yard for the family to play sports and yard games like volley-ball, croquet, tetherball, soccer, etc, (all provided). Peaceful time by the water or enjoy many activities nearby, it's the best of both worlds! We have created a guide to local attractions and things to do. Feel free to ask for a copy to help you understand the area and options available to you. This property has your own waterfront on River Philip with an amazing view. It is on a quiet dead-end lane with only 9 other cottages and there is a very large yard for the kids to play. There are various bikes available for your use and plenty of games to play outside or inside. Beautiful Heather Beach Provincial Park is minutes away, many other beaches, golf courses and other beautiful locations in NS, NB and PEI are all easily reached with a day-trip. Included: Wifi. 32" Smart TV. New BBQ. Household linens. A large yard to play. Direct access to the water. Full week rentals in July and August pricing is per week. There is a 2 night minimum in May, June, September and October. Long weekends are a 3 night minimum.

My family enjoyed our stay, plenty of room in the cabin, games to play, comfortable surroundings. Beautiful views, nice neighbors. The cabin was clean as advertised. A bit of a hindrance to have to remove our garbage at the end of the stay, having 2 kids in diapers it was a bit of a stinky drive back home. I do understand the reasoning behind it due to bear activity and scheduled garbage pick up, just wish there was a dumpster we could have driven to, to drop it off. other than that we enjoyed the stay, made some nice memories with my family.
Beautiful location, comfortable accommodation.
Very comfortable beds! PEI was easily accessible from the location. We required laundry facilities, as we had spent a week at the cottage before moving our son into his University residence and this was a bit of a challenge, the two closest options did not work out.
We had a great time at the grey cottage. There was everything we needed and supergood instructions for everything. There were enough towels, cooking utilitys. Good beds. And there was a super communication when there was a little problem. We really would like to go back to enjoy the sitting on the beautiful patio. Thanks for everything.
The cottage was cute and cozy! Very clean and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, small appliances, etc. - everything you need to feel at home away from home. Beautiful location right on the water. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!
