If there was a higher rating... I would gladly give it to Kevin and his wonderful home! I am a repeat customer and have loved it every time! It is ALWAYS the first place I look for when going to Syracuse. The home is wonderful and Kevin is an amazing host!

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's house for a few days. Kevin was friendly, proactive and extremely communicative. He gave us several nearby recommendations which was great. We felt right at home in his beautiful house.

Wonderful home, hosts did everything right to make us feel a warm welcome from clear detailed information to personalized touches. We were very impressed! The home is beautifully appointed, spacious with comfortable beds & seating. Kitchen has absolutely everything anyone could need. Fenced backyard great for my dog! Garage space was a bonus as well as a ramp from inside the garage into the home was so helpful for wheelchair accessibility. Would definitely stay again!!

Hi my name is Kevin and a lifelong resident of the area. Married to Valerie and we have 2 children. I work in the Education field but before that, I was in retail management for a national chain. I have always had the knack for fixing things and remodeling and attention to detail. My wife and I loved watching home improvement shows as our family grew and that brought us to Riley's Place. It was a great opportunity for me to do another project and have a reason to buy another tool. So we bought this home and created a "Home Away From Home" for people coming to the area for a variety of reasons. We travel ourselves renting homes and condos; usually out in Cape Cod. Although Syracuse is not a vacation mecca, it is a place for many people who come back to visit family, attend a wedding or graduation, and an area with high growth and a large medical campus. We are blessed to help out those visiting the area, whether a few days or a few months. Our goal is to offer a space for you or your family to relax and feel at home. Welcome to Riley's Place
