My husband and I stayed in this charming adobe house for a month and absolutely LOVED it! It gets top ratings on my three most important factors: Location, Comfort, and Host. - Location: It's in a quiet, pretty residential neighborhood, just 15 minutes' walk from the Plaza and the Railyard, and 30 minutes' walk from Museum Hill. This was perfect for us. - Comfort: We loved the traditional adobe style of this house - exactly as pictured, and so charming! The furniture and bed were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the kiva fireplace on chilly evenings. My husband loves to cook, and he was very happy in that kitchen. I loved using the pretty dishes and napkins. There were plenty of good quality bed linens, towel, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. We had everything we needed and more! - Host: Barbara was friendly and responsive. It was so easy to communicate with her. We truly felt like pampered guests in a real home. We definitely want to stay here again!

We had the amazing opportunity to stay in Barbara's wonderful house for four months in Fall 2023. The house was perfect for our small family (two adults and one five-year-old), with a lovely covered outdoor deck with a view of the mountains, and completely stocked with sustainable products. The adobe house was so comfortable, quiet, well-equipped, and well-located, just a short 15 minute walk to the plaza, and with food trucks and a small grocery store just 5 minutes down Old Santa Fe Trail. Also, the elementary school around the corner has three playgrounds open to the public, which is perfect for families. Finally, Jean and Barbara were amazing hosts, very friendly, responsive and helpful- they supplied us with endless firewood for a very well designed fireplace and a lovely gift basket! It was a lovely house to watch the seasons unfold from, and we cannot wait to come back!

We loved staying here! The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk to the plaza. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, and the beds were very comfortable. We would be happy to stay here again!

Fantastic home to stay in, excellent hosts who responded quickly when we had any questions. well stocked with supplies when we arrived. Both rooms were roomy and comfortable. The home stayed cool even during the hot weather during our stay.Great for long term rental. Thanks for having us!
