The enclosed back porch and small fenced patio is great for pets or snuggling around the fire. The property is centrally located with an average 3 min drive to shopping and the hospital. We are centrally located on a busy thoroughfare. For light sleepers we recommend sleeping in one of the back bedrooms due to rush hour traffic. The home has polyurethane insulation that blocks out most noise except when windows and doors are open. We offer fans in every room for white noise and extra circulation should you wish to keep these closed. In the summer window air conditioning units will be provided; there is no central air-conditioning at this time.
