房东非常友善，房子从装修布置和便利性来说都堪称完美，住的非常舒服 美中不足之处大概是房子离佛罗伦萨的绝大多数景点都有十五分钟以上的步行距离，附近便利店和餐馆不算太多，去火车站有点麻烦。

非常非常棒的房间，家具非常漂亮，设施完善，坐落在运河边，有一个共享天台，房东是一个非常有趣有品味的帅哥，他为我们提供了很多帮助，房间非常干净，如果我有机会回到佛罗伦萨，一定还会选择这里。

Lindo apartamento e excelente anfitrião, muito atencioso e prestativo. A localização é boa, não muito perto dos principais pontos, mas não atrapalha, e a gente consegue descansar depois de um dia cheio. Achei um excelente negócio ficar hospedado com o Dan. Indico a todos!!

My stay here was way beyond my expectations. Dan made me feel at home with his kindness and hospitality. The apartment was perfect for my needs and up to my expectations. It the perfect location, it is easy to get to city center on foot or by bus. The roof top patio allows the feeling of open space and a wonderful place to relax. The snuggles from Dan's dog was the added bonus.

We loved our time in Florence and this apartment was a great to have as our home for the week! It is very spacious and well decorated, with a washer and dryer to use which was nice to have. We didn’t use the terrace much but it is a great place to relax outside in the evenings. You are right along the river and walking into the city center is an easy walk, but you are far enough from the hustle of the crowds. We appreciated that after a night of the busy part of the city. There are many restaurants nearby and a coffee bar and a couple of pastry shops are directly across the street if you need a quick eat to start the day. Dan is an amazing host and very responsive. He provided us with tons of information and was a joy to chat with. We will for sure stay here again next time we are in Florence.
