Such a perfect little getaway for our family. Tree house was exactly as described and was so cute! We had so much fun! Directions were perfectly clear and we had no trouble finding the tree house. We stayed warm even with temperatures in the 30’s. Within close proximity to lots of great trails. We definitely look forward to visiting Lion’s Lair in the future! Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!

The smell of Lysol was over the top or maybe the blue toilet cleaner. Place was decent but we had just come from a very updated place and so things seemed outdated. Four people was definitely tight. I envisioned the space bigger. The place is cute and in a great location. Missed having a TV or WiFi but I guess that’s the point. Would try one of the other places in future.

My husband, my 16-year old son and I stayed at the treehouse for three nights during our 6 nights in the Red River Gorge area. I picked the tree house because it was unique and accessible by car. It was a bonus that is was walking distance to one of our selected hikes! We ran into an issue with the air mattress which our hostess did her most to rectify. Because of her quick communication and efforts to find us a suitable air mattress I still rated the whole experience with 5 stars. My lesson learned is not to trust an air mattress. Still had three great days of making memories!
