Great little studio for a few days - the bike was especially helpful in the mid-summer heat. Bathroom is a bit small, but the AC came in handy and kept the place comfortable. Unbelievable location, very easy to get to Lincoln Park and Old Town bars/restaurants. Had a great time overall, thanks!

I stayed for 5 weeks while doing training courses and found the place very clean convenient, and perfect for my needs. The location is private, and matches the description and photos. Amazing hosts and amazing location in Old Town. Close to Famous 2nd city Theatre and train stations. I would stay here again.

This place is wonderful! It is in a very nice area of Chicago and is just a short walk from the lakefront and the Lincoln Park Zoo. Also just a short walk from St. Michael's Catholic Church which is beautiful, and the Sedgwick train stop which is great for commuting to the Loop. The neighborhood feels very safe and looks very nice. A great place to stay!

I stayed in this listing for one month during the summer in Chicago and overall had a lovely stay. It is, as the description says, a perfect budget stay for professional travellers like myself, in need of a simple space in a great location for both work and sightseeing. Adrian and Veronica were extremely responsive and were clearly interested in making sure that I had everything I needed during my stay, the immediate neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, I found it easy to get around town to places I wanted to visit (usually no more than a 15-20 minute Lyft away), and I really enjoyed the listing’s walking proximity to Lincoln Park and to nearby eateries and venues like Second City. My one word of advice to prospective Guests here is to recognize that the listing, especially the bathroom, is on the small/narrow side, so it can easily get stuffy if you’re working all day or cooking indoors and it could feel awkward for very tall or broad people to stand in or use for a while. The width of the shower, for example, was narrow enough that, for me, because of the curtains on either side, it felt more comfortable standing sideways than facing the shower head.

The location of this place is absolutely perfect! It’s super secluded on a cute, quiet street, while also right around the corner but from Wells and North with tons to do and walk to. I took the train a bunch and the closest stop was only about an 8 minute walk. As a tall guy it was definitely difficult at times to navigate such a small space (especially the small bathroom), but I managed ok. It would probably suit a shorter/smaller person much easier. I definitely bonked my head a few times on the entryway and doorways. The kitchen was small but included everything you could need for cooking! The bed was super comfortable and the tv was giant, so I felt like I was in a movie theater when watching tv. I worked remotely during my stay. The internet was fast and the desk was plenty of space for both my monitor and laptop. Again, the area is so nice and peaceful I was never bothered by loud city noises while on calls or working. All in all, it was a small but great little space to explore Old Town and the rest of Chicago. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again!
