David and Cindy were gracious hosts. The space was well appointed with generous supplies of everything you need and then some . Tooth brush and tooth paste! Even snacks ,beverages (in your quarters and in the Tropical pool / yard area.) The Tiki Bar was also an outside kitchen for guests to enjoy. Upon entering the back to gain access to the BNB I was transformed to another time and place! Similar to a cross between The Emerald City in the Land of Oz and Margaretaville (Minus the Flying Monkeys and Witch ) 🦠 I recommend this ABNB 100%. Would book again ! Thank you David and Cindy!

The backyard is an absolute paradise! David and Cindy are very friendly and always available. The location is quiet but still easily accessible to the rest of LA. Great value!

This is the BEST Airbnb! I had an extended stay here (about 5 weeks) and I cannot say enough positive things about it. The hosts were spectacular - so helpful and responsive at all times. Always sent reminders about street sweeping and parking rules or anything else important happening. I always felt safe, had privacy, and the yard area was amazing! So comfortable and relaxing. I loved the location as I felt like I was in the middle of everything and it was an easy drive to all meetings and events. I can’t recommend Airbnb this enough. I will definitely be back!

Such a lovely stay! Amazing hosts, super clean and fully equipped apartment with everything you need. Highly recommend!
