Tim’s apartment was wonderful and we absolutely fell in love with the place! It had an amazing view, and so very clean. We regretfully did not get to meet Tim in person but he was so responsive and gave very clear and easy directions on finding the place and other instructions. The location was wonderful with lots of nearby and walkable places. Would most definitely stay here again!!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The location on King Charles Quay is about as central as you could wish for but still amazingly quiet. The view of the Penryn River and Carrick Roads beyond is outstanding. With just a short walk from the apartment, you can find all the best pubs and restaurants in Falmouth. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Tim’s place.

The apartment is very well located overlooking the water and boats. Loved the balcony as you could sit outside whilst drinking a cup of tea in the morning even if it was raining, as it’s covered. It’s in a quiet area but within moments you are on the main street with all the shops/restaurants. You have the best of both worlds…… perfect! The added bonus of a parking space, literally a 3 minute walk away (up cardiac hill 🤣) which is great too. Felt very comfortable in this apartment. We miss the view ……. Would stay again.

A planned weekend away for four old school friends, St Keverne was the absolute perfect location for everything we hoped to do; early morning dips on Gylly beach; beautiful coast walks to Swanpool; boat watching from the harbour side in fine weather …and sky watching from our own beautiful balcony when we just wanted to kick back and watch the world go gently by! The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully comfortable with everything we could possibly have needed and as already said, the location was PERFECT!! Wonderfully quiet yet just off the main drag for everything, we were spoilt for choice in places to eat, drink and be merry! This time we chose to eat out at “Hooked”; Cribbs Caribbean and Pennycomequick… all of which were wonderful. Tim’s positive communication throughout both the booking process and visit was much appreciated and we would definitely think of staying at St Keverne again - thank you Tim - we had THE best time ! 🙌
