The location is excellent. We were able to walk to many of Rome’s major sights. Bus stops are nearby for public transport. We didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee making in the morning because the Sant Eustachio Cafe was a a block away. It had very good coffee (supposedly the best in Rome) and breakfast pastries. It is big enough for two people. Grocery store is steps away (Express). It is part of a 16th century palace so the thick walls keep the place pleasant (we were there in the latter part of May). We would definitely return here as it was a great value.

We stayed 3 nights at the Cozi Nest and had an amazing time. It is full of character and charm. If you are interested in staying at a place that will make you feel like you are going back in time, I strongly recommend staying here. The location is in the center of Rome within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shops. Marlene is a great, very kind and productive helpful host. Easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again when we visit Rome. Thank for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. Lourdes

Its a very clean place, with everything you need to settle in, cook for yourself and sleep comfortably. Marlene was helpful but not intrusive, responding quickly to any question I had. The location could not be better: you are in walking distance of much of old Rome, and there are 3 taxi stands within 3 blocks to get to things further out. Since most of us come to Rome to see things, walk around and have some good meals ( there are many good restaurants close by) it's ideally located. But I think it's important to understand that, for the most part, the Cozy Nest is not a place where most people on vacation would spend a lot of time hanging out. The furniture is adequate, the windows provide little light and the decor is a little basic. But It was an excellent home base for exploration (which is what I wanted). For the advantages you are getting I think you more than get what you pay for. I would recommend Cozy Nest to anyone who wants to find a place to explore Rome

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. De locatie is fantastisch, alles is op loopafstand. De beschrijving klopt; de ruimte is beperkt, maar precies zoals beschreven en voor ons perfect. Het weer viel tegen, waardoor het binnen erg fris en klam was. Er is wel verwarming. Bij de slaapkamer was een raam met daarachter een felle lamp, we kregen de slaapkamer niet helemaal verduisterd.

Marlène is an amazing host and this AirBnb is in a central walking location to almost everything in historic Rome. We were able to see the sights and then come back to relax for a bit before heading out again without going out of our way. It’s not a big place but it has everything you need and is just as described, COZY! We had the windows open and listened to it rain and it was so relaxing. Would highly recommended staying here.
