What a beautiful and quiet villa on the ocean surrounded by nature! The pool, gardens, and property are meticulously maintained. My room had a large patio and bathtub, which was a nice surprise in ST. The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet with a 15 minute walk to Playa Carmen. The best tide pools in Malpias are also directly in front of the property. I would definitely return.

Eine wirklich außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft. Mir Pool direkt im Garten und nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war toll ausgestattet. Es gab sogar eine Eiswürfelmaschine. Unsere Wohnung im Obergeschoss hatte einen eigenen Balkon, war sehr groß und hübsch eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Badewanne mit Dusche die nicht im Badezimmer ist, was aber kein Problem war. In 20 Minuten konnte man am Strand in den nächsten Ort laufen. die Straße ist zu Fuß entlang zu gehen würde ich eher nicht so zu empfehlen (Eng, Staubig, viel Verkehr). Mit Auto aber easy und nur 5 min entfernt.

We had the best experience ever in this luxurious villa right at the beach. The Villa itself is simply amazing, and we right away thought that it would be a perfect house to rent as a whole, for instance with a group of friends. It’s spacious and has a lot of luxury, but every individual room leaves enough space to be comfortably on your own if you want to. Our balcony room had everything we needed and was in perfect condition. We especially liked the bed which was super comfortable. In front of the villa were natural pools, that were great to swim at, especially during sunset - they are actually one of the nicest places we came across in Costa Rica! The host and concierge were super helpful, and answered promptly when we had a question or needed something. The Massage they booked for us was the best I had in a very long time And the company was generally super professional in everything they did.

El mejor alojamiento de mi vida. Que lugar extraordinario!!! Espectacular bellísimo. El servicio de las chicas de atención y limpieza es estupendo. El muchacho de seguridad nos recibió súper bien. Gozamos mucho del lugar y ojalá regresemos !

Was a comfortable stay. My only complaints were that WiFi password wasn’t listed and sheets were scratchy. Home was clean and breakfast included was a nice touch. Perfect location and friendly host. Enjoyed my stay :)
