Nos encantó quedarnos en esta casa! La verdad la recomendaría 100%. Ubicación: cerca a restaurantes y markets. Host: Muy amable Silvia y Fatima, nos hicieron sentir en casa. Precio: excelente para sobretodo fiestas que fue nuestro caso (Año Nuevo). Volveremos! Saludos

Silvia was very quick to respond and accommodate us. Unfortunately there was no balcony with sea view. Place is suitable for a large group who just need a place to crash

La casa tiene una excelente ubicación, espaciosa, los cuartos y baños limpios y cómodos. Silvia estuvo pendiente de cada detalle y contamos con el apoyo de Leonardo quien nos armó la piscina para diversión de mi hija y sus primitos, y además, tenía la gentileza de llevarnos el desayuno cuando lo requerimos. Súper recomendable!!! 👍🙂👏

If you're exploring the north coast of Peru and want to experience a truly authenic area where few foreign tourists venture, Colan is an interesting place to go. Mancora is the most well-known of the the extreme northern beaches, but Colan is considerably more "local" and rustic. It's near Paita, a major commercial fishing port and not far from Piura, a major city. Noteably, here in Colan you will find Iglesia San Lucas, South America's oldest church, established in 1536! Silvia's accommodations are ideally located on Colan's main seaside strip of numerous little ceviche restaurants, tiendas and hostels. Across the street is access to a small beach, popular with local residents. Silvia's accommodations are replete with all you'll need....a complete kitchen, BBQ grill, lounging areas, and, there was a refreshing, above ground plunge pool there during my stay. Best of all, Leonardo served as a personal valet to make sure everything I needed was provided. He'll even walk you to spots on the beach where the fisherman bring in their fresh catch, so you can grill it up for dinner! Silvia's place is especially well suited for small groups or families, and for that, there is no better value in Colan.
