Michele was very welcoming and made sure I feel comfortable and have all I need for the stay. I've never experienced such a kind and thoughtful host. Room and the flat was super clean and they look exactly as on pictures. If I'm staying in Crystal Palace again I'm going for the room again. Highly recommend it.

Staying at Michele's for two weeks was such a great experience! He is a wonderful host, really welcoming, always ready to help you in any kind of situation and to give you advices about London and transports and whatever! The house is very nice and super clean and the room is huge and confortable. A perfect place to stay in London.

Micheal is a great host for many number of reasons. But one thing that strikes me the most, out of the rest is that “ human touch” he has. Besides that he has vast amounts of knowledge then the most of the people , who claim to know. I had a wonderful experience during my stay. And I thank him good luck for his future.

Michele’ place is great , very clean, and warm place. Michele is a very helpful and thoughtful host. Honestly, he gave me a lot of tips and he was very helpful .

Michele is a very thoughtful & considerate host. I stayed for a week and would highly recommend this property. Facilities and location both great. Good value for money and the room is comfortable and tastefully appointed. If you need a room in Crystal Palace, pick this one 😁
