Amazing host and place, Monika is the best! She was welcoming, friendly, accommodating and warm. The place was in pristine condition, better than advertised. It's in a great location close to everything including all 3 supermarkets, great restaurants, easily walkable to the beach and nightlife. It had everything including A/C, great internet, TV for night-time watching with Netflix and other apps. Kitchen had everything needed and Monika even laid out a little welcome package of snacks, juice and water. There was a nice private parking space too that helped immensely! Monika came in to check on me and to ensure everything was fresh and clean. You're wonderful Monika, thanks for a great stay! :)

El lugar idea para una estadia corta y super conveniente en muchos sentidos, cerca a la playa y a todo lo esencial. Super agradecidos con Monika y su esposo, muy amables y serviciales con todo incluyendo la llegada y la salida hasta hicieron de mas al treaernos y llevarnos a la estacion de bus, mi novia y yo quedamos super agradecidos y satisfechos mejor dicho super recomendada la estadia con monika. Volveria a hospedarme 100%. Muchas gracias monika a ti y a tu esposo¡¡¡¡¡.

Monika was very proactive, easy to communicate and very helpful. The place is relatively small as seen in the pictures but well divided and got all the basics covered and then some! Don’t expect luxury at this price point, but it’s a great value nonetheless. Clean, organized, private, there’s parking, all that you can possibility need to be comfortable on a budget. Highly recommended!

My one-week stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic. Monika was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. It has stylish decor with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The shower water was hot. The air conditioned bedroom was cold. And while the space is compact, it had amazing storage to unpack comfortably. The location was perfect for me - In a traditional Dominican local neighbourhood, where you can experience the liveliness of the kids playing, the roosters crowing, the neighbours washing their motos, yet tucked away enough to provide a surprisingly peaceful retreat at night. The neighbours always stopped their music at a reasonable time (even during Semana Santa!), and one neighbour even offered to help wash my scooter! I walked to the beach easily in approximately 15-mins. The property was also very secure with lights at night and a locked gated yard, where you can park a small vehicle or scooters. Thank you and I can’t wait to return!

Es un lugar tal cual está descrito. amplio, limpio, útil y práctico. tiene refrigerador, aire acondicionado,utensilios de cocina,mesa, agua caliente,tv, internet entre otras cosas. IMPORTANTE: está casi a a 1 km de la playa, en un barrio dominicano, escondido y oscuro, si eres delicado, por momentos puede haber con los vecinos MUCHO RUIDO, música fuerte, regaños, niños llorando, gallos, gallinas y/o gatos peleando, gente pasando a toda velocidad con su moto. Así que, si eres de los que quiere estar a unos pasos de la playa, en una zona residencial bien iluminada y en total silencio AQUI NO ES PARA TI. Para mí estuvo excelente, justo lo que necesitaba, Monika está atenta a tus comentarios y deseos, te da recomendaciones y lugares de interés. Sin duda lo recomiendo y regresaría. Las terrenas es un paraíso. Gracias por todo.
