Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus direkt am Wasser in der Altstadt von Rovinj, SUP und 2 E-Scooter stehen zur Verfügung (für unsere Teenager-Söhne der Urlaubshit). Viele Restaurants und kleine Läden in der Nähe. Das Parken am Hafen in der Nähe des Hauses ist sehr teuer (48,- Euro), daher Parking-Day-Ticket für die restlichen Parkzonen kaufen und auf der App täglich verlängern (25,- Euro), Infos im Ticketschalter am Hafen. Insgesamt ein sehr tolles Haus für Romantik, Familienurlaub oder Seele-baumeln-lassen.

I'm picky... and that is an absolute understatement. This house exceeded my/our expectations. The location with a terrace right on the water is epic. The space on a total of four floors is used wisely. Andreas is a great host, his wife an even greater interior designer. Materials, colors, lighting accents, details...it all adds to this already very special place. There is a sensational butcher literally around the corner, as well as a fish store. There is also a daily farmers' market during the season, several bakeries, etc. It is only a short and always visually rewarding walk to several recommended restaurants. Long story short: we loved it...we still do!

We spent a lovely week in this absolutely gorgeous residence. Everything was well taken care of in a very easy and discreet manner. Andreas is a great host, period. Highly recommended.

The house is excellent, the house was easily big enough for 5 adults and some over 6 ft. Bedrooms are compact but it is an old house and did not cause us any issues. it’s location is in the old town so you can visit lots of bars restaurants.The walk up to the cathedral via the winding Venetian streets is beautiful. The veranda which is attached to the kitchen we sat in for breakfast in the sun and swam in the sea and used the sup board.We also sat there every late afternoon and evenings watching the boats and daily life on the shoreline. The electric scooters were great to use along the harbour .Highly recommend dolphin trip, Katrina, Pula by bus and walking to the far end of the harbour by the large hotels, great for swimming and lots of trees for shade.The public swimming pool has the best view ever, lots of space to swim. Andreas is an excellent host met us in Rovinj to take us to the house, advised us on visits , places to eat. A friendly and welcoming host. Highly recommend.
