Helen is very warmly and meticulous, and also her families are very, very, very cute, especially her husband and son, the husband picked me up from Canberra station, helped me to book the next stop ticket and rent a car, her lovely son helped me the translation and sent me to the station， remind the timetable... Not only the whole family numbers are very good, but the hardware of the villa sleeping and bath room are also very new and clean， super clean i should say！the surrounding environment are also beautiful, great ! ! ! Next time I drive to come , it will be perfect！ 不但helen本人亲切细致，她全家人都非常亲切可爱，特别是她丈夫和儿子。丈夫从堪培拉车站开车接我，还帮我预定下一站的车票和租车；帅气可爱的儿子帮忙翻译，还送我去车站并提醒车的时间……，不但全家人特别好，而且别墅房间里的硬件也特别新和好，而且超级干净，周围环境优美，超赞！！！下次我开车来就更完美了！

This was the second time I'd stayed here but a different room. It's a very convenient yet quiet and peaceful location. The room and bathroom are spotlessly clean. Helen is very quick to respond to all communication. This is my 1st choice accommodation in Canberra - great value too.
