Pour un séjour de 30 jours : vous êtes à très à proximité du métro et du tramway. Le quartier est paisible mais pour profiter pleinement du voisinage et de la vie de nuit, je conseille un minimum de niveau de Japonais. Les restaurateurs sont très sympathique dans le quartier. Sinon le métro vous emmène en ville pour palier de possibles barrières languagières.

I stayed at Yasushi's place for 2 months. He was very kind to his guests. He knew that I would be using his bicycle a lot so he bought an electric air pump for bike for his guests. That made my life so much easier especially when I needed to use the electric air pump during a few 2-4°C early mornings. There was a broken toilet chain a few nights after I had checked in & I told him about it. The issue was fixed the following day 👍 The location was in a quiet residential neighborhood so it was nice to be away from overcrowded tourist areas in Kyoto. Overall, I had a good time staying at his place.

Very convenient place to stay in Kyoto, easy route for public transportation. Nearby stores to get everyday supplies and good communication with the landlord.

Yasushi was super helpful and accommodating to my needs. The place has literally everything you need to live. It's close to the subway and randen as well as supermarket, so it was convenient as well. You will thank the bikes a lot. It makes so much easier when you have to run errands and grocery shopping. Definitely recommended!

Yasushi was a kind and generous host. He was available to help me get settled in Kyoto which was very much appreciated not knowing anyone in the city. And the apartment was just as described, in a nice location and close to easy transport. Thanks so much Yasushi!
