We had the best time this past weekend. Not only did this place exceed my expectations, our hosts were fabulous. The house had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

This home is ideal for my family with 3 children ages 4, 6, and 9. The yard is also awesome. The squirrels are very friendly and love treats. They line up at the sliding glass door every morning. We loved kayaking, going to Rogers beach and park (which is only a 5 minute kayak trip away from the dock) and seeing manatees near the bridge. There are toys, books, and games at the home which was a treat. That kids’ room under the stairs was a kid favorite “clubhouse” spot! Everyone loved having their own tv in the bedrooms. We all want to book a return trip! Pine Island Beach has reopened and is very nice as well. Go early to get a parking spot. Loved our Spring Break vacay here!

Enjoyed our family vacation. The kids had a great time using the swim pad and swing set. The kayaks and canoe gave everyone a chance to explore the river. The included coffee pods, laundry pods and dish washer pods were a nice touch!

If you looking for a place to relax on the beautiful Florida springs, this is it. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the dock watching sunrise over the river, or take sunrise paddle down the river. We enjoyed watching the wildlife during all hours of the day. We saw various Florida native birds and squirrels playing during the days and even had a very curious opossum peeking through the sliding glass door one night, watching us play cards. Rainy day? No problem! This house has plenty to do inside as well. From plenty of movies, games and even toys for the little ones in your group. The few times that we had a question, the owners responded with lightning speed. We are already looking at returning next year.

This was my first time renting an airbnb and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was able to check off a bucket list item of mine which was to swim with the manatees and I even got to see a baby manatee. This wouldn’t have been possible without the availability of kayaks for us to use! The house itself had everything we could have needed. This place was incredible and I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience my family and I had.
