This cottage is a blessing. Very peaceful and the little private courtyard is serene. I go to Brunswick once a year for a performance and this is my second year finding Mary Jo‘s beautiful little courtyard apartment. It is perfect for my peace and quiet and just the right size for one two or even three people. It’s perfect for anyone who is needing a place to stay with a pet. I plan on making sure that I contact Mary Jo and book her beautiful courtyard department for my return trip to Brunswick in 2024

We had a pleasant stay. Very private and quiet area. I really enjoyed having morning coffee in the little fenced yard area in the morning.

You can tell that this space was some type of basement or storage area that has been converted to a living space, but it's great! The space had everything we needed for our short weekend visit. Mary Jo was extremely accommodating! She honored a cheaper price that I had originally seen on her listing and she also allowed us to check in early so that we could make a graduation ceremony on time. One huge perk was that the pet fee was very cheap, which is pretty rare to find on listings these days. Although we didn't get to sit and enjoy the patio, I appreciated the privacy it provided and it felt like we were in our own little forest. There were other people staying on the same property (that matters to some renters), but it wasn't an issue at all. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!
