Had a lovely stay at Kirkton House, perfect way to spend NY. The house is very comfortable with all the amenities needed for our stay. The house is set in beautiful grounds and the locals are very friendly. Ben and Jane are extremely responsive, great hosts.

The house is in a nice location and suits a group staying together in the north of Scotland. We were really concerned about the hygiene of the house as it was not clean, we found cat poo in one of the bedrooms, old cat food tins lying around and out of date food in the kitchen which had gathered insects. This made us question if the house had even been cleaned at all. We were promised a £100 refund for the inconvenience but only received a £50 refund.

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The house was modern and brand new, providing a clean and comfortable environment. The host had equipped the place with top-notch amenities and devices, including a Netflix subscription for entertainment. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable accommodation option.

We had a delightful week at Ben & Jane’s. The house is full of character, spacious and relaxing, and we felt very much at home. The kitchen is large, well equipped and flooded by glorious sunlight in the evenings, making cooking and dining a highlight of our stay. The two sitting rooms and all bedrooms were very comfortable, and plenty of games were provided. Other little touches, along with excellent communication, made us feel very welcome. We would happily recommend it hopefully return one day.
