I have never met Agus, as we only communicated through messages. He was responsive, proactive, very friendly and gave me helpful instructions/suggestions. He was also a very understanding Host. I'm glad I found this Residence. It was the perfect place for me to stay, as it was only a 5 minute walk to Lotte Mall - Ciputra World where I lodged my Visa application at the KVAC (Korean Visa Application Center). The receptionist and the security were nice and friendly. I stayed in Room 121 that was clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bedsheet was clean. It has a one-door fridge (medium size) that worked really well. I was provided with 2 bottles of 330 ml aqua (drinking water). Also, a set of teapot and a cup. The bathroom was considered clean. Provided with a toothbrush, a small toothpaste, shower gel & shampoo, and a clean bath towel.

the whole team is amazing. we had ac issue and they got it fixed right away. 10 / 10 stars. clean water dispenser for drinking, staff that checked up on us. I also had episode I fainted and they got the taxi for me to go to ambulance right away to the hospital. I'm so grateful to them. also all the shopping malls and cinema and amazing night life park is literally 4 minute walk away. who ever comes here hope you enjoy your stay like i did.

The Good: Extremely quiet. The only noise was from other guests who were mostly quiet. The AC and shower worked great, and the bed had a good pillow. The Bad: Was given one full size blanket for two guests, on a queen sized bed. Asked staff about another blanket, was told there wasn't one, but the issue was fixed when reaching out to the host through app. The bathroom was not clean. The sink had a dirty look, like it had not been properly scrubbed in a long time, but more noticeable was the wall which had red gunk on it, and the back of the toilet which had a few fair sized brown spots, none of which appeared difficult to wipe off. The 3 roaches we found in the bathroom during our week stay didn't seem to mind though. Other Thoughts: Every room has a window, but ours was frosted glass, and faced a hallway. Our room was in the center of the building and other rooms may not be as quiet The quiet and price outweighed the lack of a clean bathroom and roaches.

Room is nice and clean. Size is big. Mattress is comfortable. Willing to stay here long. Maybe from next month. South side is a little bit noisy For the motorcycle in the night time.

Is expensive and doesn't worth it, hasn't all the amenities that announces, like no gym, no hot tub or not washing machine
