The house was very nice. Francisco was very responsive when asked questions. Location was nice. The only down side was it would have been nice to have some pool lounge chairs or furniture. We went to Walmart and bought pool towels. The house guest played his radio until 4:00 am.

Francisco was a fantastic host, extremely accommodating and responsive to our messages. We stayed for Coachella and the location was perfect. Francisco made sure the house was in tip-top shape when we entered and was always available if we needed assistance. I'd definitely recommend this listing!

Francisco was a great host! Quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was clean and spacious and was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect for us as well. It was minutes away from the Coachella festival. The pool and the hot spa were perfect to recover after a long day at Coachella. The house and Francisco make this place the perfect place for any large family get away. We would definitely rent this house again!

Fantastic home. Responsive host. We had a little bit of trouble with the code for the front door, which the host sorted out so we could get inside. Also, unfortunately, their was a malfunction with the pool/hot tub which was not something that could have been anticipated and Francisco was immediately on top of it and got everything sorted out. All-in-all, a great place to stay for Coachella.

Home was spotless and had everything we needed to make this a fabulous trip. Beds are comfortable, location was perfect, outside was perfect for gatherings.
