We had an excellent stay at Amy’s place. The location is beautiful with the Saco River running through the backyard. There was plenty of space and the living room area was very comfortable. Amy made the checkin and checkout process a breeze. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Wow, what a fabulous place, in a fantastic location! This was a perfect base for us to explore the fall foliage nearby. The house was really comfortable and is in a beautiful location backed right on to the Saco River. While it is very close to the main road, we were not bothered by road noise at all. We used the bedroom on the river side and it was lovely listening to the river at night. Communication with Amy was excellent and she kindly offered an early check in (although we didn’t need it). Can highly recommend this as a place to stay near the Kancamagus Highway and other, nearby scenic routes.

Stunning condo right on the Saco River with little private beaches and the serenity of the white mountains. 3 spacious bedrooms that are nearly soundproof. Master is on Saco so you can sleep to the River sounds all night. Clean, ready to use, very cozy. Would absolutely stay here again.
